    Stable, id-free failure categories for a scheduled-run call — mirrors the host service union. not-signed-in when no ISPO Cloud session; the worker's typed quota/cancellability codes pass through; offline for an unreachable API. A missing hosted-runs grant is NOT one of these — it rejects the call (raising the host ASK-FIRST consent), it does not resolve { ok: false }.
